About Yasmin Jones Osteopathy & Naturopathy
Yasmin was first attracted to osteopathy because of its holistic nature, and the principles behind this practice. Yasmin finds naturopathy to be a really beautiful subject; diet and lifestyle play fundamental roles in our health and ought to be utilised to a greater extent within healthcare.
Yasmin treats a wide variety of patients (from marathon runners to the elderly) and her special interests include neck pain, pregnant women, children and babies. Her treatments and advice are tailored to each patient's needs, considering their day-to-life and goals.
All osteopaths in the United Kingdom are qualified to treat children and babies, however, Yasmin decided to further her knowledge in this field and is currently a second year student at the Foundation for Paediatric Osteopathy pursuing a Diploma in Paediatric Osteopathy. This course includes the provision of consultations and treatments at the Osteopathic Centre for Children (a charity which provides osteopathic treatment to babies, children, pregnant and postnatal mothers), as well as work experience at Barnet General Hospital's 'Starlight Neonatal Unit'.
Yasmin is registered with the General Osteopathic Council, and is insured with the Institute of Osteopathy.
